The spare part your pump needs — even when the OEM stopped making it
Twenty-five years of pump repair means we stock, machine and reverse-engineer the parts that keep plants running — for our own pumps and for other makes, including obsolete imported equipment.
Impellers
Closed, semi-open and non-clog impellers — machined, balanced to grade, with material certificates. Reverse-engineered from worn samples where drawings no longer exist.
Shafts
Pump shafts in SS 410, SS 316 and alloy steel, ground and inspected. Made to sample or drawing, including obsolete imported designs.
Shaft Sleeves
Wear sleeves in SS, bronze and hardened alloys protecting the shaft in the seal zone.
Mechanical Seals
Single and double cartridge and component seals with face materials matched to the liquid — carbon, SiC, TC.
Casings & Covers
Replacement casings, stuffing box covers and back covers in CI, SS and non-metallic construction.
Couplings
Flexible couplings, spacers and guards, sized to the drive train.
Bearings & Bushes
Anti-friction bearings, sleeve bearings and bushes for pump and motor ends, including ceramic bushes for magnetic drive pumps.
Obsolete or imported pump? Send the worn part.
We digitise worn impellers, shafts and casings, re-engineer them with upgraded materials where beneficial, and manufacture replacements at a fraction of OEM import lead times — with material certificates and dimensional reports.
Photograph the nameplate or the part — we take it from there.
