Material traceability
Material Test Certificates (MTC) supplied with every order on request. Heat numbers traceable to the component.
PMI / XRF verification
Positive Material Identification available on request for critical MOCs — what was ordered is what is fitted.
Dimensional inspection
Critical dimensions checked and recorded at each machining stage, before assembly.
Hydro & leak testing
Every casing hydro-tested; seal integrity verified before the pump leaves the works.
Performance testing
Pumps run against the specified duty point — flow, head and power recorded per serial number.
Dynamic balancing
Impellers dynamically balanced to limit vibration and extend bearing and seal life.
Pre-dispatch inspection
Final visual, dimensional and documentation check before packing. FAT support available for export orders.
Documentation package, standard
Test certificates, MTCs, dimensional reports and FAT records travel with the pump. Third-party inspection is welcomed and supported at our works before dispatch.
