Eight steps, no shortcuts
Engineering Design
Every pump starts at the duty point. Flow, head, liquid, temperature and NPSH are reviewed by an applications engineer before any metal is cut — the hydraulic selection is plotted against tested curves.
CAD Development
3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings are developed in-house. Casing hydraulics, shaft deflection and seal chamber dimensions are checked against the duty before release to the shop floor.
Precision Machining
Impellers, shafts, sleeves and precision components are machined in-house on our turning and milling centres, with dimensional inspection at each operation.
Fabrication
Casings, baseplates, guards and structural assemblies are fabricated and machined in-house — sheet metal work is a core capability of the works, not a bought-in service.
Assembly
Pumps are assembled by the same team that services pumps in the field — fits, clearances and seal settings are checked against the assembly specification, not by habit.
Quality Inspection
Dimensional reports, material certificates and visual inspection records are compiled for every order. PMI/XRF verification is available for critical MOCs.
Testing
Every pump is hydro-tested and run against its duty point before dispatch. Performance figures are recorded against the pump's serial number.
Dispatch
Sea-worthy packing is standard for export orders. Domestic dispatch includes installation guidance and direct access to our service team.
