Textile and dyeing plants are variety duty: one transfer line may carry caustic scouring liquor in the morning, peroxide bleach after lunch and an acidic dye bath on the night shift. Pumps selected for the 'average' liquid fail on the extremes — we select for the worst case on the list.
PP and PVDF non-metallic pumps cover the caustic, peroxide and dye chemistry without corrosion; SS monoblock pumps in SS 304/316 handle hot process water and utility duty in the compact footprints dye houses demand. For thermic fluid heaters driving stenters and dryers, our air-cooled pumps circulate hot oil to 350 °C without a cooling-water circuit.
