Specialty chemical plants ask the most of a pump per litre pumped: the liquids are aggressive, the batches are valuable, and a leaking seal is a reportable incident. This is seal-less territory — our PP/PVDF magnetic drive pumps contain the liquid hermetically, with no dynamic seal to fail.
For raw-material unloading, SS 316 self-priming pumps empty drums and carboys to the last litre — which on specialty intermediates is real money on every batch. PVDF construction covers the oxidising and solvent-heavy chemistry that defeats lesser materials.
We confirm every material against the named chemical, concentration and temperature — and put a Material Test Certificate in the dispatch documents.
