Paper & Pulp Industry
Caustic, hypochlorite, black liquor utilities and huge water duty.
Paper mills run two pumping worlds: the chemical side — caustic, hypochlorite and bleaching chemistry that demands PP/PVDF construction — and the utility side, moving water and back-water in large continuous flows.
Back pull-out process pumps cover the utility duty to 400 m³/hr, serviceable without disturbing piping — critical on a mill that runs around the clock. For the thermic fluid systems heating the dryers, air-cooled pumps circulate hot oil to 350 °C with no cooling water to maintain.
Send the duty point and the chemistry list; we map the mill's pump set with materials confirmed against each stream.
