Dairy, beverage and food plants run on hygiene and uptime. Our SS monoblock pumps — SS 304/316 throughout, close-coupled and vibration-free — handle milk, juices, process water and RO duty in compact footprints that fit real plant rooms. Smooth internal finishes and simple construction make wash-down and cleaning straightforward.

CIP circuits are harder on pumps than the product is. Hot caustic and acid cleaning cycles destroy mild steel and attack lesser alloys; our SS and non-metallic PP/PVDF pumps take daily CIP in stride.

For ingredient unloading — barrels, totes and carboys — the self-priming SS 316 pump empties containers to the last litre, which on food-grade ingredients is money recovered on every batch.
